I don't think I had seen this football gem ever before, but it is great! What was perhaps missed to make this a top TEN list was Brian McCabe winning a game in OT this year by blatantly scoring on himself (also featured here in the past), or some of the classic soccer own-goals which you can see on youtube compilations. See below for these.
