Stupid COS

I was late for my meeting today because the City of Saskatoon had the circle drive bridge down to 1 lane. That's right, ONE lane! That's 66% closure of the bridge. And to top it off, the only work going on was two guys standing on the bridge and talking. I was so furious that I just sat there listening the music of the Andes playing in my truck and thinking of how relaxed I was. Unbelievable.
